- Can our services be free to watch?
- Yes. You choose the price of every event, and a livestream can be free to watch; publishing a free event carries a small one-off fee based on the audience size you expect. Members still get a notification when you go live if they subscribe to your channel.
- Can several people help run our channel?
- Yes. You can invite team members to help run the channel, so the media team is not relying on one person on the day.
- How much do I keep?
- You keep 70% of every livestream and replay sale, 80% of every video sale and 85% of tips. For in-person tickets you keep 100% of the ticket price: buyers pay a small service fee on top at checkout.
