    Is it free to join TimMora as a creator?
    Yes. Applying and creating a channel are free, and there is no monthly fee. On paid events TimMora takes a share only when you make a sale. Publishing a free event carries a small one-off fee based on the audience size you expect.
    How much do I keep?
    You keep 70% of every livestream and replay sale, 80% of every video sale and 85% of tips. For in-person tickets you keep 100% of the ticket price: buyers pay a small service fee on top at checkout.
    How do I get paid, and in which currencies?
    Buyers pay with mobile money and local cards through PayNow, or with ZB Smile&Pay. You set a price per currency, and your earnings are kept and paid out in the currency they were sold in, with no forced conversion. Earnings from an event become available 15 days after it ends; you then request a payout to your registered bank account and receive proof of payment against the request.
    Do I need special equipment?
    No studio is needed. Stream from OBS, Streamlabs, a hardware encoder or any app that can send RTMP, using your own ingest URL and stream key. Videos are uploaded from your browser, and tickets are scanned at the door with a phone.
    Can I sell tickets and stream the same event?
    Yes. Create a ticket event for the people in the room and a separate paid livestream for the people watching from home, both on your channel, each with its own price.
    Who owns my content?
    You do. You give TimMora a non-exclusive licence to host, stream and show it so it can be delivered to your buyers, as set out in our Terms.
    How long does approval take?
    We aim to decide within 3 working days. You can follow your application on the website, and we email you at every decision.
    What if my application is not approved?
    We tell you why. You can improve your application and apply again; if there is a waiting period before you can reapply, the decision says so.
    Can I use TimMora alongside YouTube or Instagram?
    Yes. Your licence to TimMora is non-exclusive. Keep posting free content where your followers already are, and use TimMora for the events and videos they pay for.
